Returns
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery, and include proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eoviva.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
